Die H-Serie MkII ist die Zukunft des Foil Designs und setzt neue Maßstäbe in Effizienz und Leistung. In Zusammenarbeit mit der größten norwegischen Forschungsorganisation SINTEF konnten wir die neusten Technologien und Fertigungsverfahren für mehr Leistung und Qualität implementieren. Anhand von Strömungsanalysen im größten Wassertank Europas haben wir die H-Serie MKII so verfeinert, dass die Tips ohne Kavitation die Wasseroberfläche durchbrechen und anschließend ohne Geschwindigkeitsverlust wieder eintreten können. Dies ermöglicht fortschrittliches Fahren mit radikale Turns, sei es mit einem Kite, Wing oder in der Welle. Das neue, schlankere Profil bietet nun einen größeren Geschwindigkeitsbereich, der den Einstieg in Freestyle-Tricks oder auch im Racing erleichtert. Die H-Serie MKII lässt sich perfekt mit allen Stabilizern der V-Serie kombinieren und ist Teil des Modularen Cab Fusion Systems.

• SCHLANKES PROFIL – Das rundum schlanke Profil behält das bekannte fehlerverzeihende X-Series Low-End bei, hat aber einiges an Geschwindigkeit zugelegt
• FORSCHUNG FÜR MEHR LEISTUNG – Mit dem völlig neuen Tipdesign schaffst du es, dass die Spitzen ohne Kavitation die Wasseroberfläche durchbrechen und anschließend ohne Geschwindigkeitsverlust wieder eintreten. Dieser High Performance Bereich wurde zusammen mit dem norwegischen SINTEF Institut erforscht und erstmals in der X-Series MKII umgesetzt
• KONISCHER SHAPE – Die ergonomisch, konisch zulaufende Verbindung zwischen Front Wing und Mast sorgt für die ultimative Steifigkeit im Foil. Zudem lässt es sich sehr leicht montieren und demontieren.
• TORSIONSSTEIFIGKEIT – Durch die Verwendung eines PMI-Kerns und mehreren Karbon Schichten setzt die X-Series MkII einen neuen Maßstab für die Torsionssteifigkeit im Hydrofoil Bereich.
• HIGH ASPECT RATIO – Die hohe Streckung ermöglicht eine unglaubliche Leistung und eine überragend fühlbare Kontrolle.
TECHNISCHE MERKMALE
• BARREL NUT – Die neue Barrel Nut, ein durchgehender Messingbolzen, erhöht die Torsionssteifigkeit der Verbindung zwischen Front Wing und Mast. Das sorgt für ein besseres Ansprechverhalten in Kurven oder beim Pumpen.
• EFFIZIENZ IN DER PRODUKTION – Vorbeschichtete Karbonplatten ermöglichen ein genaues Niveau der Harzaufnahme. Kombiniert mit einem exklusiven Design, das der Form und dem Profil der Flügel folgt, bekommt der Flügel ein unvergleichliches Maß an Torsionssteifigkeit und Reflexverhalten.
• MODULARES FOIL SYSTEM – Die Modularität des CAB Fusion-Systems ermöglicht den nahtlosen Austausch zwischen den Frontflügeln und Stabilizern der X-Serie und der H-Serie.

Just when you thought a product couldn’t get better, the new H-Series MkII pushes into the future of foil design and sets a new benchmark for efficiency and performance. The design team have implemented new technology learnt from the collaboration with Sintef. Water testing in the biggest tank in Europe has refined the H-series tip shape to allow the tips to breach and re-enter without cavitation. This allows more progressive riding and radical turns, be it with a kite, wing or prone. The new leaner profile now boasts an increased speed range which helps entry into freestyle tricks or on the race field. It seamlessly pairs with any of Cabrinha’s V-series stabs and is part of the modular Cab Fusion system.

TECHNICAL POINTS
• BARREL NUT The brass through bolt adds torsional stiffness to the wing/mast connection point, providing increased response during turns or while pumping, especially on the larger size front wings.
• PRE PREG Pre coated carbon sheets allow for an extremely accurate level of resin absorption. Combined with an exclusive interweave design that follows the shape and profile of the wings, you have unparalleled levels of torsional stiffness and reflex response.
• MODULARITY The modularity of the CAB Fusion system allows you to seamlessly interchange between any of the X-Series and H-Series front wings and stabilizers.
