Der Mantis ist zum Synonym seines herausragenden Leistungsbereichs und seiner Vielseitigkeit geworden. Egal ob in Wellen, bei einem Downwinder oder in Rennen. Gleichgültig ob auf Seen oder in der Brandung der Weltmeere, der Mantis ist ein leistungsstarker Allrounder.

Der Goldstandard im Wing-Design ist in der 4. Generation angekommen. Der Mantis V4 liefert ein Höchstmaß an Stabilität, Leistung und purem Fahrgefühl. Mit dem Fokus auf optimierte Kraftverteilung, Torsionskontrolle und Aerodynamik wurde der Mantis 04 einer Evolutions-Kur unterzogen. Durch eine neue Anordnung der Paneele in Spannweitenrichtung, kombiniert mit dem abgestuften TE Load Patch, wird dieser Mantis zum präzisesten und leistungsstärksten Wing aller Zeiten.

• KONVEXE STRUT- Die konvexe Strut bietet eine steife und reaktionsfähige Verbindung zwischen dir und deinem Wing.

• KONVEXES DIHEDRAL – Das konvexe Dihedral erweitert den Einsatzbereich des Mantis, indem es das Verhältnis von Leistung zu Stabilität erhöht. Es sorgt außerdem für ein ausbalanciertes Flugverhalten, wenn man ihn am LE-Griff hält.

• LOAD PATH- Das Load Path Panel Layout wurde entwickelt, um die unterschiedlichen Belastungen und Dehnungen, die auf den Wing einwirken, abzumildern. Dies führt zu einem saubereren und stabilen Wing und ermöglicht den Einsatz in einer größeren Breite von Bedingungen.

• SPANWISE PANEL LAYOUT- Die neue Panelanordnungen, die quer über den Wing verlaufen, helfen, die Last gleichmäßig über die Spannweite zu verteilen, was zu einer besseren Lastverteilung in Schlüsselbereichen des Wings führt.

• 20/20 SICHT – Ein verfeinertes Fensterlayout, das parallel entlang der Strut verläuft und aus wetterfestem TPU gefertigt ist, bietet dir beim Fahren die beste Übersicht.

TECHNISCHE MERKMALE

• NANO RIPSTOP – Eine höhere Leistungsstufe kann nur erreicht werden, wenn die Designeigenschaften des Wings durch ein stabiles und reaktionsfähiges Flügelmaterial unterstützt werden.

• KEYLOCK ANGLED HANDLE ATTACHMENTS – Indexierte Befestigungsgewinde fixieren die Composite-Griffe und verhindern jegliche Drehung an jedem Verbindungspunkt. Das Ergebnis ist unser bisher steifstes und direktestes Griffdesign.

• 2X SPIRNT – Zwei Sprint-Ventile verbinden die konvexe Strut mit der LE und ermöglichen einen erhöhten Luftstrom, der sowohl beim Aufblasen als auch beim Zusammenpacken hilft

• TE LOAD DISTRIBUTOR – Erhöht die Haltbarkeit des Wings und unterstützt robust die Verteilung der Flügelspannung entlang der TE. Das abriebfeste Material verhindert Abschürfungen, während der Wing an Land liegt.

• CLEAN TENSIONED CANOPY- It’s often said a clean canopy is an efficient one. The V4 is Cabrinha’s cleanest, precisely tensioned canopy design we’ve ever created. This translation of design to simple on-demand power has led to its ever-growing popularity in the wing market.

• CONVEX STRUT- The Convex support strut provides a stiff and reactive connection between the rider and wing.

• CONVEX DIHEDRAL- Convex Dihedral helps expand the range of the Mantis by providing an increased power to stability ratio. It also creates more steering stability of the wing while flying by the handle on a wave

• LOAD PATH- The Load Path Panel Layout has been carefully designed to help mitigate the varying loads and elongation that occur on wings, translating into a cleaner and more structural product in a wider range of conditions.

• SPANWISE PANEL LAYOUT- Panel layouts running across the wing help distribute load equally throughout the canopy leading to a better distribution of load in key areas across the wing.

• 20/20 VISION- A refined window layout, running parallel alongside the strut, made from weather resistant TPU provides increased visibility when riding.

TECHNICAL POINTS

• Nano Ripstop – A higher level of performance can only be achieved when the wing’s design properties are supported by a stable and reactive wing material.

• Keylock Angled handle attachments – Indexing attachment points lock down the composite handles eliminating any rotation at each connection point. The culmination is the most rigid, direct handle design to date.

• 2x Sprint – Two sprint valves connect the convex strut to the Leading edge allowing for increased airflow to aid in both inflation and pack down.

• TE load distributor increases wing durability while robustly helps distribute wing tension throughout the Trailing Edge. The abrasive material stops scuffing while the wing rests on land.
