The Formula Foil World Championship has been staged the second consecutive year at the Circolo Surf Torbole . With 25 races in five days, it had been a busy week for the competitors. Helle claimed the victory in front of her sister and trainingspartner Tuva Oppedal.
Helle about the event:“It was an incredible event with 25 races sailed! Garda really put on the most perfect conditions for us. Thanks to Starboard for setting me up with such a great setup, so it became a really good event for me. I learned so much that I will bring with me to my Olympic campaign and of course, bringing home the World title was definitely a highlight!”
Helle has been riding the Starboard Millennium.
